Mackerel and Kale Pasta Recipe

This quick and easy recipe combines the rich flavors of mackerel with the nutritious goodness of kale, all tossed with pasta cooked in a rice cooker. Perfect for a delicious meal for four people.
Ingredients
- 4 mackerel fillets
- 8 cups of kale, chopped
- 400g of pasta
- Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by cooking the pasta in the rice cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.
- Once the pasta is done, remove it from the rice cooker and set it aside.
- In the same rice cooker, place the chopped kale and add a little water. Close the lid and let the kale steam for a few minutes until it's tender.
- While the kale is steaming, cook the seasoned mackerel fillets in a separate pan until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once the kale is tender, add the cooked pasta to the rice cooker with the kale. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Finally, gently flake the cooked mackerel fillets and add them to the pasta and kale mixture.
- Toss everything together and adjust the seasoning if needed.
