Mackerel and Squash Stew

Mackerel, Squash, canned tomatoes, pressure cooker


  • 4 mackerel fillets
  • 1 medium squash, diced
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 pressure cooker


  1. Begin by seasoning the mackerel fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the diced squash in the pressure cooker and pour in the canned tomatoes.
  3. Gently place the seasoned mackerel fillets on top of the squash and tomatoes.
  4. Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Once the cooking is complete, carefully release the pressure and open the cooker.
  6. Serve the stew in bowls, making sure to include a generous portion of the tender squash and flavorful mackerel in each serving.
