Ingredients
- 200g Manudo Chips (Original flavor)
- 2 tablespoons coffee powder
- 100g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50g peanuts (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons corn kernels (cooked)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- If using frozen blueberries, thaw and drain them. If using fresh, rinse and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coffee powder, chopped peanuts, cooked corn, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Drizzle the olive oil and honey (if using) over the Manudo Chips. Gently toss to coat the chips evenly.
- Sprinkle the coffee, peanut, and corn mixture over the chips. Toss gently to ensure even distribution.
- Spread the coated chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In the last 2 minutes of baking, sprinkle the blueberries on top and return to the oven.
