- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat, oval-shaped cutlet.
