  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced leeks with olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
