Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet and cook the chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
