Ingredients
- 4 pieces of white fish fillets (such as cod or halibut)

- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Instructions
- Rinse the white fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut each fillet into large chunks.
- Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Dice the red bell pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the diced red bell pepper and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the pepper softens.
