Mediterranean Grilled White Fish with Fennel Slaw

What Started it all:
White fish, Fennel bulb, mayonnaise, wok

Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your wok on high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the fennel slices with mayonnaise and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then set it aside.
- Season the white fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Drizzle some olive oil in the wok and carefully place the fish fillets in the hot wok.
- Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, until it's beautifully grilled and cooked through.
- Once the fish is ready, serve it with the fennel slaw on the side.
