Mediterranean Grilled White Fish with Fennel Slaw

White fish, Fennel bulb, mayonnaise, wok


  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your wok on high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the fennel slices with mayonnaise and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then set it aside.
  3. Season the white fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Drizzle some olive oil in the wok and carefully place the fish fillets in the hot wok.
  5. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, until it's beautifully grilled and cooked through.
  6. Once the fish is ready, serve it with the fennel slaw on the side.
