Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Water
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with black pepper.
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts in the pressure cooker and add water until the sprouts are halfway covered.
  3. Put the steaming rack in the pressure cooker and place the seasoned salmon fillets on top.
  4. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil.
  5. Lock the pressure cooker lid in place and set the cooker to high pressure for 3 minutes.
  6. Once the cooking time is complete, carefully release the pressure.
  7. Serve the salmon over the Brussels sprouts and drizzle with a little more olive oil if desired.
