- 4 pieces of roast (chicken, lamb, or beef)
- Collard greens
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the roast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill the roast until it reaches the desired doneness, flipping halfway through.
- While the roast is grilling, prepare the garlic collard greens.
- In a pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
