This recipe is a delightful Mediterranean dish that combines succulent shrimp, fresh asparagus, and fluffy rice to create a comforting meal for four.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups of rice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions, then set it aside.
