Ingredients
- 4 short ribs

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- 1 can tuna (in olive oil)
- 1 can sardines (in olive oil)
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the short ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the short ribs on all sides until browned.
