  • 1 lb venison, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the venison pieces with salt and pepper, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. In a baking dish, spread out the seasoned venison pieces in an even layer.
  4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the venison is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the venison is cooking, prepare the rice according to the package instructions.
  6. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and divide it equally among 4 serving bowls.
  7. Top the rice with the cooked venison and the torn lettuce.
