Microwaved Lamb with Kale and Onions

What Started it all:

  • 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the lamb cubes in a microwave-safe dish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the sliced onions on top of the lamb.
  3. Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape.
  4. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then carefully stir the lamb and onions.
  5. Add the chopped kale on top of the lamb and onions.
  6. Cover the dish again and microwave on high for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the kale is tender.
  7. Let the dish rest in the microwave for a minute before carefully removing it.
  8. Serve the microwaved lamb, kale, and onions on a platter and enjoy with your family!
