Mocha Chicken Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mocha sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat the other tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. In the same skillet, add the mocha sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  8. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
  9. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
