Mocha Glazed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 cup mocha coffee
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin.
- Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- In another small bowl, whisk together mocha coffee, honey, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
- Place the browned chicken breasts into a baking dish and pour the mocha mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and water.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, and pour the cornstarch mixture over the mocha glaze.
- Return the chicken to the oven and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving hot. Enjoy!
