Mouthwatering Slow Cooker Turkey Breast with Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the turkey breast on all sides until golden brown.
  4. Place the green beans in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  5. Place the seared turkey breast on top of the green beans in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the turkey is tender and the green beans are cooked.
  7. Serve the slow cooker turkey breast with the green beans on the side.
