  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of peas
  • 6 tablespoons of mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mustard with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is golden brown.
  6. While the chicken is baking, blanch the peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
  7. Serve the mustard-glazed chicken with a generous portion of peas on the side.
