Mustard Glazed Ham with Pickle Potato Salad

  • 1.5 lbs ham
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Score the ham and spread the mustard over it.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour.
  4. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In a bowl, mix the chopped pickles with the potatoes.
  6. Once the ham is cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the mustard glazed ham with the pickle potato salad on the side.
