Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ham
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Score the ham and spread the mustard over it.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped pickles with the potatoes.
- Once the ham is cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the mustard glazed ham with the pickle potato salad on the side.
