  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Cooking oil or butter, for the pan


  1. Preheat your stove to medium-high heat.

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
