  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the olive oil to the skillet and swirl it around. Now, add the diced onion and cook until it's translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.
  5. Add the split red lentils and cook for 1-2 minutes, until they start to brown.
  6. Add the peas and cook until they're tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the white fish fillets to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  8. Serve the fish on top of the pea and lentil mixture, garnished with fresh cilantro leaves.
