  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Olive oil, for brushing


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Layer the pepperoni and ham over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes over the top.
  7. Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
  8. Place the stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the top with olive oil and make a few small slits in the dough to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
