This Plum Glazed Steak Stir-Fry is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender steak strips with a sweet and tangy plum sauce. Served over a bed of rice, this stir-fry is a perfect meal for a family of four.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak strips
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup plum sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over high heat.
- Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
