Plum Glazed Steak Stir Fry

This Plum Glazed Steak Stir Fry is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender steak strips with a sweet and tangy plum sauce. Served over a bed of rice, it’s a satisfying meal that’s perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
- 500g steak strips
- 2 cups rice
- 1/4 cup plum sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat a large pan or wok over high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Add the steak strips to the pan and season with salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the plum sauce and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve the plum glazed steak over the cooked rice and garnish with some chopped green onions, if desired.
