Hey, guys! Today, I’ve got a fantastic recipe for pork chops with celery and tomato paste cooked in the Instant Pot. It’s a quick and easy dish that’s perfect for a family dinner, and it’s packed with delicious flavors and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Instant Pot
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the 'Sauté' setting. Add a little olive oil to the pot.
- Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a nice golden crust. Remove them from the pot and set aside.
- Add the chopped celery to the pot and sauté for a few minutes until it starts to soften.
