  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth


  1. Preheat your slow cooker to low heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté.
  4. Sear the pork chops in the skillet.
  5. Wilt chard in the skillet with salt and pepper.
  6. Place pork chops in slow cooker, top with chard, pour in chicken broth.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender and juicy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
