Pork Chops with Chard and Garlic

Slow-cooked pork chops with wilted chard and a hint of garlic, a bloody masterpiece.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 bunch of chard
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your slow cooker to low heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté.
- Sear the pork chops in the skillet.
- Wilt chard in the skillet with salt and pepper.
- Place pork chops in slow cooker, top with chard, pour in chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender and juicy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
