  • 4 pork loins
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar until well coated.
