Pressure Cooker Pork Chops with Cabbage

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Season the pork chops generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
- Let them sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker on the sauté setting.
- Sear the pork chops on both sides until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the pork chops and set them aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the pressure cooker and sauté for about a minute.
- Toss in the shredded cabbage and sprinkle with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Place the pork chops back into the pressure cooker, on top of the cabbage.
- Pour in the chicken broth, ensuring it covers the bottom of the cooker.
- Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is done, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Carefully open the lid and check that the pork chops are cooked through.
- Serve the pork chops with a generous helping of the cabbage on the side.
