Quick and Delicious Vegan Stir-Fry for a Crowd!

What Started it all:
Bok choy, Radish, honey, skillet

Get ready for a flavorful and nutritious vegan stir-fry that's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend gathering with friends!


  • 2 bunches of bok choy, cleaned and chopped
  • 2 large radishes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup (instead of honey, we're keeping it vegan, yum!)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large skillet (make sure it's hot, hot, hot!)


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced radishes and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. Drizzle maple syrup over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Divide the stir-fry among four plates and serve immediately.
