Quick and Delicious Vegetarian Stir-Fry for a Crowd!

What Started it all:
Bok choy, Okra, nuts (almonds, walnuts), stove
Get ready for a flavorful and nutritious meal that's perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of bok choy, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup of okra, sliced
- 1/2 cup of mixed nuts (almonds and walnuts)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil or spray for the stove
Instructions
- Heat it up! Preheat your stove to medium-high heat. _[flicks wrist to signal 'let's get started!']_
- In a large skillet or wok, add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil or spray. Sizzle! _[makes a sizzling sound with lips]_
