  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
  6. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Once melted, add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, coating the chicken with the lemon-butter sauce.
  8. Transfer the chicken to serving plates and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
