Quick and Easy Instant Pot Egg and Bell Pepper Frittata
What Started it all:
Eggs, Bell pepper, flour, instant pot
<em>(Energetically whisking the eggs and bell pepper together)</em>
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup water for the instant pot
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.
- Add the diced bell pepper to the eggs and mix well.
- Sprinkle in the flour and stir until well combined.
- Grease the inside of the instant pot with cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the instant pot.
- Add the water to the instant pot.
- Close the instant pot lid and set the vent to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully open the lid.
- Gently slide the frittata onto a serving plate.
- Slice and serve hot.
