This Indian-inspired Quinoa and Chard Stir Fry recipe is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the nutty flavor of quinoa with the earthy taste of chard. It’s a perfect balance of flavors and textures, and it’s quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 bunch chard, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and then place it in a medium saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the chard and sauté until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked quinoa to the skillet with the chard.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce over the quinoa and chard mixture. Stir well to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
