Quinoa and Chard Stir Fry

This Indian-inspired Quinoa and Chard Stir Fry recipe is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the nutty flavor of quinoa with the earthy taste of chard. It’s a perfect balance of flavors and textures, and it’s quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 bunch chard, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and then place it in a medium saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the chard and sauté until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked quinoa to the skillet with the chard.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the quinoa and chard mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
