  1. Start by rinsing 1 cup of quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
  2. Next, peel and dice the squash into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mince 2 cloves of garlic to add a lovely depth of flavor.
  4. Place the rinsed quinoa, diced squash, and minced garlic into the pressure cooker.
  5. Add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker.
  6. Secure the lid and cook the quinoa and squash mixture on high pressure for 1 minute.
  7. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
