Quinoa Cabbage Fritters

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying


  1. In a food processor, pulse the cooked quinoa and shredded cabbage until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop the quinoa cabbage mixture and form small patties. Place them on the pan and flatten gently with a spatula.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve the quinoa cabbage fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
