  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley leaves, chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Generously season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.
  4. Brush the chicken breasts with the oil and herb mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
  5. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into it.
  7. Serve the grilled chicken breasts hot with fresh parsley leaves scattered on top (optional).
