Rice and Bratwurst Delight

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 4 bratwurst sausages
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the bratwurst sausages to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened and slightly caramelized.
  5. Slice the bratwurst sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them back to the skillet.
  6. Add the frozen peas to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine all the ingredients.
  9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
