Rice and Corn Salsa

  Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
 - 1 cup of corn kernels
 - 1 cup of salsa
 - 1 rice cooker
 
Instructions
- Rinse the rice well under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain excess water.
 - Place the rinsed rice into the rice cooker along with 4 cups of water. Close the lid and set the cooker to cook the rice.
 - While the rice is cooking, prepare the corn salsa. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the corn kernels and salsa. Mix well to evenly distribute the salsa over the corn kernels.
 - Once the rice is cooked, let it sit for a few minutes to cool down slightly before fluffing it with a fork.
 - Serve the cooked rice onto plates or bowls.
 - Spoon the corn salsa over the rice, spreading it evenly.
 - Garnish with fresh cilantro or any desired herbs.
