- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked jasmine rice, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the rice mixture into 8 equal portions. Wet your hands slightly and shape each portion into a patty (about 1/2 inch thick).
- Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dredge each rice patty in the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Once hot, add the rice patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. You may need to do this in batches.
