Roast Beef and Kimchi Recipe for Four People

This recipe is perfect for four people. If you have any leftovers, they can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. of Roast Beef
- 2 cups of Kimchi
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Warm up a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the roast beef to the skillet and sear on both sides until browned.
- Once browned, transfer the roast beef to a deep baking dish.
- Pour the kimchi over the roast beef and spread it evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.
- Remove the foil and let the dish cool down for a few minutes.
- Serve the roast beef and kimchi in deep plates.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
