Roast Beef and Kimchi Recipe for Four People

This recipe is perfect for four people. If you have any leftovers, they can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of Roast Beef
  • 2 cups of Kimchi

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Warm up a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the roast beef to the skillet and sear on both sides until browned.
  4. Once browned, transfer the roast beef to a deep baking dish.
  5. Pour the kimchi over the roast beef and spread it evenly.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.
  7. Remove the foil and let the dish cool down for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the roast beef and kimchi in deep plates.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
