  • 1 lb. roast beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Rub the roast beef with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the roast beef in the oven and roast for 20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium, or 160°F for well-done.
  4. Remove the roast beef from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
