- 1 lb. roast beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Rub the roast beef with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the roast beef in the oven and roast for 20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium, or 160°F for well-done.
- Remove the roast beef from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
