  • 1 medium squash
  • 1 cup okra
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • Cooking spray (for air fryer)


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the squash into wedges, removing the seeds, and place them in a bowl.
  3. Trim the okra and add it to the bowl with the squash.
  4. Lightly spray the squash and okra with cooking spray and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the squash and okra in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the okra is crisp-tender, shaking the basket halfway through.
