Root Beer Glazed Chicken Breast Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can of Root Beer (12 fl oz)
- 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned for about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the root beer, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and garlic.
- Pour the root beer mixture over the chicken breasts in the skillet.
- Turn the chicken breasts to coat with the root beer mixture.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- Remove from oven, and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve chicken breasts garnished with fresh parsley and enjoy!
