Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can of root beer
- 4 potatoes
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour root beer over them.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from baking dish and pour remaining root beer into a saucepan.
- Bring root beer to a boil and let it reduce to a glaze, stirring occasionally.
- Brush the glaze over the cooked chicken breasts and serve.
- Scrub and dice potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F (218°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping once.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Place the slices in a baking dish and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until soft.
- Serve warm as a dessert.
