Root Beer Glazed Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 lbs. of pork ribs
- 1 can of root beer
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Arrange the ribs on a rack in a large roasting pan.
- Mix the brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the root beer into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Brush the rib racks on both sides with the root beer mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven, basting occasionally with the root beer mixture, for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until they are tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with any leftover root beer mixture.
- Let the ribs rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing them into individual ribs.
- Serve the ribs with any remaining sauce on the side.
