Rum-Infused Grilled Ham with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 1 lb ham steak
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Place the ham steak in a shallow dish and pour the rum over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 3. Brush the pineapple slices with a little olive oil and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have grill marks.
- 4. Remove the ham from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Grill the ham for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining marinade.
