Ingredients

  • 8 sausages
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 slices of ham
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, place the ham slices and cook until slightly crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Meanwhile, slice the cooked sausages and ham into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Once the eggs are cooked, arrange the sausage and ham pieces on top of the eggs in the skillet.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
