Seitan Stir-Fry with Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 400g seitan, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the seitan slices to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Toss in the sliced bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the seitan and bell pepper stir-fry over cooked rice, and top each serving with a dollop of mayonnaise.
