Seitan Stir-Fry with Bell Peppers
What Started it all:
Seitan, Bell pepper, mayonnaise, wok

Ingredients
- 400g seitan, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, to serve
Instructions
- Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Add the seitan slices to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss in the sliced bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the seitan and bell pepper stir-fry over cooked rice, and top each serving with a dollop of mayonnaise.
