Silken Tofu and Beetroot Smoothie
What Started it all:
Tofu, Beet, honey, blender

Ingredients
- 400g silken tofu
- 2 medium beetroots, peeled and chopped
- 4 tbsp honey
- 500ml almond milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the silken tofu, chopped beetroots, honey, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if desired for a chilled smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
