Silken Tofu and Beetroot Smoothie

  • 400g silken tofu
  • 2 medium beetroots, peeled and chopped
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 500ml almond milk
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. In a blender, combine the silken tofu, chopped beetroots, honey, and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if desired for a chilled smoothie.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
