Ingredients

  • 1 block of seitan, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Get the party started! Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seitan cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a blender (yes, you read that right!), blend the diced tomatoes with 1 tbsp of soy sauce until you get a smooth, slightly chunky sauce.
  3. Add the blended tomato sauce to the skillet with the seitan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
