Ingredients
- 1 block of seitan, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 blender (for those who dare to get creative!)
Instructions
- Get the party started! Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seitan cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a blender (yes, you read that right!), blend the diced tomatoes with 1 tbsp of soy sauce until you get a smooth, slightly chunky sauce.
- Add the blended tomato sauce to the skillet with the seitan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- The final flourish! Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of oregano. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese (optional, but oh-so-Greek!).
